Head spinning sensation

Sir / madam I have some sort of spinning sensation in head for 4-5 sec and then stops it only there for 4-5 sec it feel like I will fall down but stops next moment it happened 4-5 Times from Last one month please tell the reason is there any serious issue regarding it

Have you done any cardiac work up and checked your thyroid function?
