I feel like my head is spinning since last 2-3 days. Yesterday it was okay but started at night again and I'm still having it. Blood Pressure in the morning was 114/67 Thyroid, sugar, Magnesium and Potassium Reports are normal. I'm attaching my hand image, as everyone is saying it can be due to anaemia, please check if my skin looks pale. Also my sugar was tested two days back ( fasting) and after my blood sample was taken out I felt nausea and lot of sweating and acid reflux but it doesn't happen in Normal cases.
