I'm feeling head reeling everyday since last 3 days. Yesterday I felt that inside office nearly at noon and today morning after my car driving classes. I don't smoke, take alcohol. But yes I have started taking tea / coffee 3-4 times a day since 15 days, sometimes in empty stomach as well. Other food habits are normal. Thanks in advance for your advice.

Go for an ear check up. This must be because of some stress or go for tsh level check up too. There are many reasons but first go n consult with ent doctor.
