Head part stuck when i breathe in cold
I am a female(22), having cold since 2 days. yesterday evening, i had little pain above my right ear in the head, later it was okay. Today, i had my head bath and after some time, when i breathe in with phlem in my nose, i felt like my head part is totally stuck for some time. when i just simply swallow, or breathe hard, i’m feeling such horrible pain inside my head. it was scary and i feel like something is seriously wrong with me. I don’t know what to do. Please advice soon. Thanks in advance.
You seem to be suffering from acute rhinosinusitis which is common type of nose infection. Forcible breathing might have obstructed the sinuses causing the pain. You may need to take anti cold medicines and over the counter analgesics
