My mom fall down yesterday ..having head injury..swelling from outside..ct scan is normal...if she is sitting feeling dizziness and vomiting ..what to do?

After fall and outside swelling over head with normal CT BRAIN giddiness can last for few days. Just give her prescribed medication and if no relief with that also, one can increase doses of medicine for symptomatic relief. But need not to worry.
