My baby is 3.5 months old. Until he was 3 months, he used to lift his head well during tummy time. Over the past 15 days, he lifts his head only for a minute or two and doesn’t seem to enjoy tummy time as much. Should I be concerned

Good sign, they will start to explore surroundings and fussy.they try to learn roll over.If want you can put Iinfront of mirror or on chest they try to see your face leads to increased tummy time. Neck muscles also become tight.
