My neck and head get stiff when I go upstairs, while laughing, crying and after waking up. I feel intense pressure when lie-down on bed at night. My prolactin is a bit high and I take eltroxin 75mg.

Consult with a X'RAY cervical spine AP Lat views meanwhile take Tab Voveran 75 SR one tab twice daily after meals for three days. Repeat if required.
