Severe migraine in left portion for last 20 years Taking Migranil tablets at least 4 to 5 in a week. Please suggest any safe and effective medicine.

Do you have any other problem,  apart from headache.  If headache is frequent and severe  start taking tab propranolol 10mg one daily  for upto 4 to 6 weeks.
