Can consuming HCQs for Autoimmune problem during pregnancy cause Fetal abnormalities like Heart asymmetry, Coaraction of aorta. I am ssa/ro positive.

You should not take HCQ during pregnancy. Also you should not take any medicine which comes in the category of DMARD.
