Hcg trigger shot and false positive??

Hi All, i had hcg 10000 iu trigger shot on 18th dec and on 1st january we had pregnancy beta hcg test which show positive with 4574 level. Can it be false positive due to hcg trigger shot i had on 18th dec ?? Or i am really pregnant ??
