My 20 days old baby has blood oozing through cord and rashes and one family member is HBV positive , should I take any precaution or my baby is protected after first dose of vaccine

For cord,better consult your paediatrician. If your child has received vaccine for hepatitis-B,and MOTHER isn't positive for it,relax. Rashes will go away,just stop oil massage and apply elovera cream twice a day.
