HBSAG>280IU/Ml Reactive

Recently I got to know that I have hepatitis B during blood donation and Blood report Shows HBSAG>280IU/Ml Reactive . Can somebody please help me what does it mean and How can I got to know if it is acute or chronic or IDAHA only? I am really scared how to overcome this situation? Is it curable.If yes then will ayurved support me to kill HBV??

You should consult a infectious disease specialist or gastroenterologist and get treatment for hepatitis B. Its an infectious disease and needs urgent attention.
