Hi.. I am 8 weeks pregnant, have been told to do sugar charting b4 and after 3 meals.. Now my question..how can we consider b4 lunch and b4 dinner fasting sugar? Since we are eating whole day only.. What should be the right sugar level b4 lunch and dinner? Thanks Geetika

Fasting below 95 And all other below 120 atleast
