Hb result was showing 12...is it normal,,my doctor said it is nornal but in internet it is showing normal range is 13-17.... And How many days(minimum gap) it will better to take another test(same hb)???

If your doctor is saying it's normal, I'd go with him. All labs have a different reference range.
