My hb level is in border. my Hb level is 17.2 pcv 52 % total RBC count 5.73million total RBC 8200 cells/cu.mm. ESR 1/2 hr 2mm. 1 hr 4mm. I was smoking 2 years back and i quit before 2 years and recently 3 months back i smoke for a week minimum of 2 cigrate per day. Will that be the cause of hb level 17.2. it is constant not increasing checked twice. Kindly let me know whether is normal or not. I'm so worried about this.

Hello, It's more than normal in Indian male range may be any. I had seen quite a few report with such a good level of hb that to without any COMPLAINT like redness of Palm, sole with warm feeling.in my opinion it's EXCELLENT. Ok.
