Having weakness and Platelet count

Pus cells 8-10/HPF detected in Urinalysis and Platelets count 1 Lacs on 11 Jul 18 and on 01 Aug 18 Platelets count increased to 6 Lacs. Lack of appetite and weakness. Please advise which specialist should I go for? I will be grateful .
