Having tiny blisters at some places

Having tiny blisters between fingers and on genital parts, itching happens sometime in area of genital parts but not between finger, I don't know if i have any allergy or anything, but still it happened around 4-6 months ago and hasn't cured yet, i maintain my hygiene standards properly, but still having these type of things on and around genital parts depresses me. Please leave a reply. What should i do or anything according to you. Thank you(•‿•)
