Hii.... M having a strong feeling of menstruation but no period is happening no flow nthg M really tensed......... 2 weeks before i had a unprotected sex bt he didn't ejaculate inside as he is telling me continuosly bt m scared And also 1 week before i started doung heavy exercises ( like - running little jumping situps push ups etc) and also started drinking boiked lemon water and jeera water boiled...... What m suffering from M I pregnant or something else please help me m scared
