I am having so much pimples and spots ,i want a quick remedy for my face.please suggest me something that will cure my skin

You'll probably need a combination of oral, topical and procedural treatment. Quick is a relative term depending on how bad your acne and spots are. So for early improvement, see a dermatologist soon. Take care.
