Having small small bubbles on Lips

I'm having small small bubbles on my lips both inside and outside which feels very odd and having little pain. And the lips became more wider and heavier than the normal. it's been two days , Yesterday I thought some general thing but today it spread across the lips. I'm looking for suggestions as well any Medicine Specialist recommendation in near by OMR, Chennai. Thanks in advance.
