I started cramping and back pain also feels like i am going to get a period but that are struck . I went to have usg pelvis the dr said that she is unable to find sac due to early pregnancy . It seems its only 3 or 4 weeks old and that i get another usg after 3 4 days. But from yesterday am having this bleeding in urine and now like light periods. Please help . Also i have vwf deficiency. Please suggest what is going on . Thankyou .
