Dear I am married for last 4 years but recently I am having pre-mature ejaculation which is making frustrated both of me and my wife. This problem started last few months ago and everytime we are having intercourse she doesn't reach her orgasm and if i try stop & go she doesn't like it. Is there any cure for pre-mature ejacultaion? please advice, this problems are making both of us very frustrated, I am 34 years old and my wife is 30. There is another problem, she is not interested to having sex regularly. we are having 2 kids. Please advice for a better
