Two weeks back, i did masturbation continuously for 3 days. On 4th day when i masturbate i felt a little pain in upper skin of my penis. After a week, now i could see a red wound on tip of my penis. When the tip of my penis touches my innerwear, i feel burning sensation and pain. Also when i urinate, i feel burning sensation. Seems the tip of upper skin having scratches, while i touch the tip i feel pain. I have applied coconut oil for 2 days. But still i have the same problem, can someone help?
