Having pain in mid back region and front

I've been facing this pain from 3months consulted 2 doctors one said it is gas and the other said it was some compressed nerve and gave me ZERODOL and Zinetac it reduced pain for about 3-4 days and then I stared going to gym and then again the pain starts I am unable to sleep with my back down. It's very uncomfortable in breathing. Age 22,male.

Hi it's a nerve irritation and needs evaluation by an experienced Physiotherapist. 90% of the times with proper and consistent therapeutic exercises nerve impingement becomes better and the patient gets relief. Nerve impingement at such young age can be because of usage of wrong posture while doing daily work. See a Physiotherapist and learn ergonomics. You will definitely get better.
