Having pain due to rheumatoid arthritis

Hi , I'm having rheumatoid arthritis and taking Maxate10 weekly once but it is not working and now I'm taking ruma heal aurvedic medicine also daily because it is reducing my pain but mexate 10 is not working.Previously Maxate10 was working.My questions is taking Ruma heal medicine is ok or it can give any side effect with Maxate10.

Do not mix both the branches meds,, no one would know if they interact or no,, ,, better consult a reumat n then decide
