Hi You have a genetically deformed outer ear and hence we need to know the status of the middle and inner ear. You will have to do a ct scan and confirm the status of the middle and inner ear. And if it is normal you can consult a plastic surgeon for the same. So first visit an ent specialist get a prescription for scans and review with ent and if everything is normal consult a plastic surgeon. Regards
