My friend is having a lower back pain. Sometimes a nerve near the lower back got stiff n hard to move. Sometimes hands n legs are Shivering.

I would advise you to take your friend to the orthopedician so that your friend can be evaluated for any disc compression or prolapse for which your friend would require to undergo a CT or MRI as per the advice of the orthopedician
