I had a cataract operation before 3 months ago ,now I m having itching and feeling that some dust is in my eye and it touches my eye

Long use corticosteroid antibiotic cause dryness , you should use some lubricating eye drops like Systane ultra eye drops 4-5  times .

Due to prolong use of antibiotics and other drops  there is some dryness. Please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol dx eye oint twice daily on lids. Also do hot foamentation.

Hello This could be due to meibomitis Try A.  Warm compresses B  lid massage from up to down with index finger tightly followed by application of Zaha ointment over lid margins C.  Use lubricating eyedrop frequently
