Vomit last night , feeling gas in stomach , taken pan d , after that feeling uncomfortable and having fever 101 , no cough , but headache , no throt pain , taken paracetamol 650 also , should be worried about corona or any viral fever ? Body ache is there . What should be next step ? Should wait or any test recommended ?

continue pan d for vomiting take paracetamol for fever, get some test done like CBC, PSMP URINE ROUTINE AND DENGUE NS1. Drink plenty of water.
