I had my periods 2 weeks before but still I am suffering from cramping and back pain. I decided to take a pregnancy test today and got a faint negative line after the test what does it mean?

Did u go for a recent abortion,if not then it is a false result as sometimes around ovulation time or implantation of embryo ,there are harmonal changes due to which there is pain cramping etc. Suggest you wait for your due date and go for a test again and get back to us for further advice on this.
