Having burning sensation while urinating

I am having burning sensation while urinating plus itching on penis. Its been more than 5 days. I thought it to be normal and started drink more of water but it did not affect much. I googled today the problem as urethritis and got to know to take antibiotics. So i took azithromycin. Can I pls get help if it is right and what other medication can I get in order to eradicate this stuff asap.
