Having a burning sensation while peeing

From the past 4-5 days, I am having burning sensation while peeing and after that also for 20-30 minutes. Plus urge to pee more after i have done and it is really painful. Also, constipation is happening.

Take plenty of fluids , relieve constipation by taking Duphalac syrup 15 ml at bedtime
