सर मैं submucous फाइब्रोसिस से पीड़ित हु।
तथा डॉक्टर साहेब के निर्देशानुसार मैं
3 टाइम नमक के पानी से कुल्ला कर रहा हूँ।
3 से4 टाइम चाट के चम्मच मुह मे exercise कर रहा हूँ।
3 से 4 टाइम kenacort ointment मुँह मे लगा रहा हूँ।
3 से 4 चार टाइम एलोवेरा जेल मुह मे लगा रहा हूँ।
मुह मैं मेरे कोई जख्म भी नही मालूम पड़ता है और कोई दर्द भी नही मालूम पड़ता है।
केवल चाट चमच्च से एक्साइज करने के टाइम पर ही दर्द मालूम होता है।
मैं सुबह के टाइम पे हिमालय कंपनी का oxitard का 1 कैप्सूल ले रहा हूँ।
और शाम को sm fibro
