I am not sexually active from past many months but my periods have been irregular from past 3 months and this month I haven't got my periods yet my date was 23rd may. I am not sexually active and I haven't had any intercourse or oral sex at all

Firstly oral sex or sexual intercourse with safety doesn't cause menstrual irregularities. Many times menses do become irregular for 1or 2 time then become normal which is of no worry but If it is from consecutive 3months or more then you should consult for the problem.
