xanthelesma can be removed in a single sitting with radio frequency ablation or if you don't wanna take an injection and get it removed with machine; THEN you can try using 50-70% TCA(trichloroacetic acid) applications - 2-3 sittings at 3 weekly intervals --- but this is to be done by a dermatologist - NOT YOURSELF. hope this is helpful.
