Since I've made some changes in my lifestyle , i have been pooping twice in the morning. One as soon as I wake up and then another one around 30-40 minutes later. I was wondering if i could do something to limit my pooping to only once every morning because it's inconvenient. The changes i made to my lifestyle are : started playing basketball (moderate to intense) activity and having dinner late or after playing.
Pooping twice in the morning that too after 30minutes after the previous defecation is mostly habitual for a 22 year male. you have seen this change recently so u will be able to change by proper toilet training. Having a late dinner is not healthy

have more vegetables and fruits. dinner should be minimum 1.30 to 2 hours before dinner
