Have scratchy throat and 98.8 temp with one nose blocked and mucus is coming from that nose . My throat hurts and feels extremely dry while breathing. Is it covid or normal cold?

Pl do betadine throat gargling. Take  Rtpcr test for covid. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
