Have pigmentation and dark spots on my f

Dark spots and chicken pox spots are visible and have pigmentation under my eyes and around nose. Pigmentation are visible from last 6 months and I haven't tried any medicine or cream on it. I heard about the chemical peeling. My skin type is oily. Chemical peeling will be helpful for my skin and pigmentation problem?
