I have this hard grown thing on my face from last 4-5 months. Earlier it was not paining. From.last night I am feeling little pain and feeling like increased. What is this,do I need to worry. Indecember had shown one dermatologist and he said it's fine,we can remove if want but it's fine. Please suggest

Hi there... Noted your issue and thanks for the pic. It appears to be an Infected sebaceous cyst. This is why the previous Dermatologist probably said let it be and /or remove it electively. Ideally, treat the secondary infection for now to address your pain and swelling and redness issues and when the issue reduces, then opt for a surgical excision.
