Have both thyronorm and sugar

I have both sugar and thyronorm and i am in 15th week of pregnancy. My problem is the medication for both should be ttaken on an empty stomach. For sugar, i drink okra water. So i am wondering should i take first thyronorm and wait for 10 mins and then drink okra water or vice versa. Please advise.
