Dear doctor I have pain on my lower abdomen on both side but not at same time. I get this pain on start of my periods and also at  non periods time too. This pain is sharp and like pulling my tissue. Note: I am married for 1 yr but infertile. Doctor I just want to know why that pain occurs, is there an issue due to that. Thank you.
