Hi...I have hashimotos thyroiditis in 2016 with tpoAB>1300...it was deducted 6 months after my first pregnancy...now I m planning for 2 nd one...i am scared  if I  m pregnant ,these TPO antibodies will affect the mental health of my baby( causing autism or low iq or down syndrome)...I want to make clear if these TPO antibodies will pass onto my baby and cause any harm?????....my tsh is 3.17,age 31 yrs...I am taking thyronorm 50mcg
