Am 22 weeks now..Sometimes i feel like stomach burning and always burping...I took gelusil but it is not effective...so yesterday i took 2 small pieces if haritaki and kept in my mouth during noon and night for some hours... I came across that it should not be taken during pregnancy... Whether the consumed haritaki ll cause any problem...i took very small pieces and kept in my mouth..
