Hard to breath by nose

I have some problem in my nose sometime it is very hard to breath at sleeping time.And some time bleeding and headach also.when i use nasal drop then i feeling better but morning time have bleeding. And i am an under water diver. What i do please help me.

Hello there. Don't use too much nasal drops. Many nasal decongestants contain drugs which are harmful if used excessively. Get yourself examined by a ENT Specialist. Deviated nasal septum, nasal polyp, hypertrophy of the nasal turbinated can cause such problems. Which needs to be examined. Don't delay consulting a ENT surgeon anymore. Regards
