Hard stool with fissure

Hi I have fissure for 2 months which is not healing and today I was having very hard stool with black substance!! The stool was very hard I can't even able to pass it!! It's really painful and I'm scared!! What should I do now

Take daily sitz bath, apply oint  diltigesic locally,and laxatives
Next Steps
can have painkiller to get rid of extreme pain
Health Tips
avoid constipation, plenty of fluids and high fiber diet
