First give enough water to drink 1-1/2 ltr/ day.
Plenty of vegetables cooked,fruits ,buttermilk,everyday.Use ghee 4-5 tsf/ day in food.
Avoid bakeryfoods,masala spicy foods,preserved foods ,fried foods,eggs,nonveg,bewerages.
Cooked greengram,two to three tablespoon with pomogranate,/ coconut is recommended.
Millet malt 100 ml twice a day is advised.
