Hard stool

My kid is 3 and half yrs old. He is having constipation. He is passing very hard stools. Please provide us some syrup or any medication which can make him pass free motion.

Drink lot of water on a daily basis. Ask him to walk in the inside and outside the house . Eat banana every day . Fruit to eat on daily basis. White egg to have twice a week.

First give enough water to drink 1-1/2 ltr/ day. Plenty of vegetables cooked,fruits ,buttermilk,everyday.Use ghee 4-5 tsf/ day in food. Avoid bakeryfoods,masala spicy foods,preserved foods ,fried foods,eggs,nonveg,bewerages. Cooked greengram,two to three tablespoon  with pomogranate,/ coconut is recommended. Millet malt 100 ml twice a day is advised.

Gud evening pls give tender coconut water or ripe pear juice along with at least 1ltr drinking water on each 2 to 3hrs gap in sipper or in glass.

Hi, You need to give him 1.5 lts water daily. Give him soluble fibre found in bananas, ripe papaya , and grapes,and also give him whole wheat chapatis and pulses.... Barley and raagi porridge and veg soups can also be given. Select a particular time everyday, where he needs to sit on the pot. Develop regular habits, this will take time, but will definitely help.
