In 5th week pregnancy through ivf. Daily water intake is 2-3litres Yet facing hard stool issue. Which is causing fissures. Kindly help with remedies

Usually fissure heal by own in 7 -14 days , but the problem is hard stool or constipation. So use this remedy for healing fissure well- Anovate gel twice daily Lactulose syp. For constipation and create stool soft. Diclo+paracetamol- sos for pain . If bleeding during defecation then please consult .
