Hard red and painful lump on inner thigh

I have this lump which was small and not painful. I used hot fermentation on it. Within a month it became red and the skin became very red painful and big. The skin is very hard and painful. Difficult to qalk also. When given hot waterthe pain goea but the skin becomes more red. Please suggest a doctor for the same
