This condition is called milium and needs to be removed manually by a dermatologist taking care to prevent scar or pigmentation marks that may follow. Meet a Dermatologist and it will clear post treatment. A downtime of few days post procedure is expected where the treated area will look like red and injured , though eventually it will heal.
