My mother has developed infection on hard palate . We tried with all the gel for application and vitamin b injection. From last 6 months she is still suffering from it.

Long standing ulcer on hard palate need to be investigated properly by local examination and biopsy if required.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
